I’m sorry but at this time Luna Aleia Organics cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously and be sure to read through the product descriptions.
All apothecary items are handcrafted in small batches. Products can change due to temperature fluctuations with seasons and in transit. Please keep this in mind when placing your order from Luna Aleia Organics.
Damaged Items
We only replace items within 14 days if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at {jenni@lunaaleialifestyle.com}.
Payments
Our store accepts credit cards through Paypal.
Orders will not be mailed until payments have been received and cleared through Paypal.
Promotion offers and discounts cannot be combined.
SHIPPING
All orders are prepared and packaged with care.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted in product listing.
You will be sent an Email confirmation once your package has been shipped. This will contain all of your tracking information.
